for cash transactions
from existing funds or E-Checks,
from Verified Pay Pal members.
Effective immediately, when you want to pay through Pay Pal,
I will send you a Pay Pal request for payment of product first.
You will have 3 business days to pay this or your order will be cancelled.
Once your payment for product is received/cleared, I will pack up your order
and I will send you another Pay Pal request for shipping charges.
You will have 3 business days to pay for shipping charges.
If you have not paid the shipping charges in 3 business days,
unless you have contacted me, your order will be cancelled.
I am not responsible for "lost" e-mails
At the time of cancellation, you will be refunded for product minus a 25% restocking fee.
It is unfortunate that this has to be done, however,
this is due to too many *bogus* orders
wanting to pay through Pay Pal
and never being paid.
It takes time to pack orders and then unpacked them to
return product to inventory.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS
If you wish UPS 2nd Day, 3rd Day, etc. you must request it.
International Orders are shipped USPS Airmail Parcel Post/Insured.
Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST
We do observe holidays
Postal orders are mailed twice a week
Our business has grown during the last year.
Although we do ship most orders within two (2) business days,
it can take up to three(3) business days
to ship once payment has been received, due to this growth.

~International Orders ~
The actual invoice amount of your merchandise purchased will be declared
on the Customs Declaration form.
The Customer is responsible for any duties and/or GST.
Do not ask RaDé's to lower the amount.
Also, do not ask that we mark merchandise that you purchased
to be marked as "Samples" or "Gift".
You may not be aware, but there are fines/penalties that will be imposed for false declaration.

Return/Shipping Policy

Damaged items will be replaced with the same exact item, color, etc. | |

If an order is damaged, you must keep all boxes and packaging for the shipping company to inspect. If you do not keep the boxes and packaging, I cannot be responsible. | |

You must contact me within 3 days of any damages or missing product. | |

For Special Orders there will be a 25% cancellation fee plus shipping fees if incurred. | |

For Large or Special Orders, once production has started, you will be responsible for all costs incurred, if you cancel the order. | |

All returns must be pre-authorized by RaDe's. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping fees. | |

If authorized, returns must be received within 10 days. | |

Returns must be insured. RaDe's is not responsible for uninsured returns if not delivered. | |
|
You, the customer, are responsible for any charges that are incurred for changes you make with the shipping company...for example, changing the delivery address, etc. |
